Bill's Used Parts Inc. in Christiansburg, VA

I have worked on cars for years, and been to many parts suppliers. I recently moved to the Roanoke area and found myself once again in need of parts... after calling everyone in the phone book looking for the parts I needed (and talking to some very rude people) i could only find one part here and another there. I found Bill's in Christiansburg online and it was the best part of my day! I dealt with Curtis and he was helpful, polite, and told me had most of what I needed and what they didn't have they would either find or overnight for me. Some of the parts were even new- and CHEAPER THAN THE JUNKYARDS USED PARTS!!!! It may be a bit of a drive, but from now on I will only deal with them EXCLUSIVELY!!

Don't return calls. Send broken parts, and charge a different price than advertised. Not a good company at all!!!!!!!!!!

I drove all the way from Richmond to pick up a remanned tranny for my rollback, after communicating with Chris prior to driving 600 rouindtrip it was worth the ride, I had some ?'s and they were all answered and the service was great..........Bills Auto Parts is no. 1 on my list.....
