Bought a motor from this company best motor I have ever got... I will use them for all of my motor needs!

Tim @Auto Haus. Per the letter you sent to our office you installed and timed the enigne which then jumped time and bent the valves. No company would warranty that but I still stepped up and offered $400 compensation to help you. I am sorry if you feel it was not enough but no other company would have offered a dime in compensation with a miss installation and bent valves. I do not find your complaint vailed or fair when you do not tell the whole truth.

A customer of mine bought an engine from AAA Japanese Imports and had me (Autohaus, Inc.) install it. When the engine was received, it was beat up and and appeared to have way more miles on it than they claimed. I installed the engine and when I tried to start it, the whole engine grenaded. I called them and the lady said she wanted to make things right and I was to rebuild the engine. Then they would reimburse me for my time and parts. I repaired the engine and faxed them a very reasonable bill (nearly 1/3 of my normal rate). After weeks of calling them and waiting to here back. They told me the best they could do is a $400 store credit towards another junk engine. I will never do business with AAA Japanese Imports again and hope you don't either. What good is an excellent warranty if they don't stand behind it!?
